Key targets include cutting paper use by 90%, halving processing times, reducing in-person procedures by 20%, and reaching 50% electronic notifications. Prior efforts have boosted monthly electronic signatures from 10,000 to 400,000 and earned UN recognition for Madrid's digital services. The office promotes collaboration across municipal areas, districts, and external partners to integrate emerging technologies into urban management.
