FINEP stands as one of the Czech Republic's most established property development companies, operating since 1995. Over three decades, the Prague-based firm has delivered more than 17,000 residential units and 200 houses across multiple markets, establishing itself as a consistent presence in Czech real estate development.
The company's portfolio spans residential and commercial sectors. Its flagship office development, City West in Prague's Stodůlky district, houses major tenants including Komerční banka, Siemens, Vodafone, and Hyundai. In residential development, FINEP pioneered the revival of cooperative construction in the Czech Republic starting in 2011, offering ownership models that include personal ownership, cooperative arrangements, and rental solutions.
Recent projects demonstrate FINEP's focus on urban regeneration. The Nová Elektra development in Prague 9-Hloubětín transforms a former industrial site spanning 43,000 square meters into a residential quarter with hundreds of apartments. In 2024, the company sold two buildings from this project containing 291 apartments to AFI Europe, part of a broader collaboration to add over 800 rental units to Prague's housing market.
Beyond Czech borders, FINEP expanded to Bratislava in 2006, completing nearly 1,500 apartments there. The company also ventured into Mongolia in 2013, developing 2,000 apartments in Erdenet. The developer has increasingly focused on rental housing, with FINEP Holding serving as the parent company with registered capital of 4 billion Czech crowns.
