Westway Architects is an architectural practice founded in 2005 in Rome by Luca Aureggi, Maurizio Condoluci, and Laura Franceschini. This phased project, spanning from 2008 to recent years, involved the refurbishment of production areas, cellars, offices, and bottling facilities to create a unified and functional complex recognized as the Citadel of Wine. Other significant interventions comprise a new residential and commercial building in Milan’s Via Monte Grappa, as well as the transformation of a historical villa in Rome into the Italiana Costruzioni headquarters, and various international projects such as office buildings in Ethiopia.
Recent output includes residential estates such as Casale Celato in Tuscany, completed in 2024, which reimagines a rural farmhouse for contemporary living.
