Nexity Polska, formerly the Polish branch of the French real estate group Nexity, was established in 2011 and headquartered in Warsaw. Focused predominantly on residential development, by mid-2023, Nexity Polska had delivered more than 3,500 apartments across 12 projects in Warsaw, Kraków, and Poznań. In July 2023, Nexity’s Polish business—including 19 subsidiaries and control over 10 limited partnerships—was acquired by Develia for approximately €100 million, one of the largest residential market transactions in Poland.
Nexity Polska was responsible for several large-scale residential projects. In Warsaw, noteworthy investments included Next Ursus and Bemowo Line, both emphasizing location and accessibility. The La Praga project, located on Radzymińska Street, drew attention for its proximity to public transport and urban amenities; it was sold to Dutch fund Van der Vorm Vastgoed, reflecting the company’s appeal to international investors. In Kraków, the City Vibe development marked another expansion, while Malta Point in Poznań signaled entry into new urban markets.
Beyond apartment construction, Nexity Polska offered turnkey solutions via its Nexity Studio program, catering to both private buyers and institutional investors. The firm maintained a focus on sustainable development principles within its projects. Nexity’s Warsaw operations contributed to urban renewal, notably in districts like Praga Północ, where post-industrial architecture is incorporated into new housing.
The transition to Develia signified a strategic shift, with many of Nexity Polska’s ongoing and future projects now operating under Develia’s management.
