CZA Cino Zucchi Architetti is an architecture practice founded by Cino Zucchi and based in Milan, Italy. The firm was established in 2008, following Zucchi’s education at MIT and the Politecnico di Milano, and has since grown to employ around twenty architects. CZA is recognized for its work across architecture, landscape, and urban design, with a portfolio spanning commercial, public, industrial, and residential projects, as well as urban renewal master plans and interior design.
Notable examples of the studio’s work include the Lavazza Headquarters and the National Automobile Museum in Turin, the Salewa Headquarters in Bolzano, and substantial residential complexes in Milan, Parma, Ravenna, and Ancona. CZA has also led significant urban projects such as the transformation of the former Junghans factory site in Venice and the redevelopment of the ex-Alfa Romeo Portello area in Milan, both considered high-profile examples of mixed-use urban regeneration.
Recent projects include the restoration and transformation of the Cavallerizza Reale complex in Turin into a new international cultural centre, awarded through an international competition in 2022.
