Aleksandria Construction Company, headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine, has grown from a small engineering and design office in 2004 to a multi-disciplinary group comprising several specialized subsidiaries. The company’s origins lie with a group of young entrepreneurs aiming to jointly deliver the entire spectrum of a construction project—a contrast to Ukraine’s then-fragmented approach to construction.
Today, Aleksandria functions as a general contractor and manages all major stages of the construction process using its own workforce, machinery, and resources. The company employs over 200 staff members and has completed more than 40 diverse projects. Its operations cover Kyiv and the wider regions of Zhytomyr and Chernihiv, though it is not geographically restricted and participates in projects across Ukraine.
The organization’s service portfolio spans residential and commercial construction, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and agricultural buildings. Since the onset of the Russian invasion in 2022, project demand has shifted from residential to industrial and international aid work. A notable recent project was the construction of a large logistics center for Nova Pošta in Boryspil in March 2022.
Aleksandria’s subsidiaries, such as NP Elektro and SPS-A, provide expertise in electrical installations, fire protection, and telecommunications. As of the present, the company is engaged in building over 280,000 square meters of property in Kyiv and its surrounding areas. The company emphasizes project delivery from design to handover—highlighting comprehensive project management—while adapting to Ukraine’s challenging economic and security environment.
