Pilot 2027 · for companies

Be a founding company

Firms that build, equip, power and run buildings — and employers who move people between cities — can join the co-operative as members. Be seen at the start, bid to supply the first building, and help us find out whether your staff need homes.

Why companies join

Supply the first building

Most of what a converted building spends — fit-out, energy, furnishing, repairs, cleaning, digital tools — is bought locally. Member companies may bid for it. Bids are judged openly: membership opens the door, it does not decide the order.

Be seen at the start

Founding companies are part of the story from the first building: a pilot to show your product in, a case study of your work, a voice in how the building is designed and run.

Homes for your staff — maybe

Every building keeps some furnished flats for members who come for a few months. Could some be kept for staff a company sends? We do not know yet whether employers need that — your answers below decide it.

Membership terms are open

A company member would buy a co-op share and pay a yearly fee scaled to its size. Neither is set: the economic model carries placeholders until companies tell us what they would pay. The questionnaire asks — and asks nothing binding.

Background: Adaptive reuse across Europe.

Which describes you?

One or both.

You may be more than one

Most people who join bring more than one thing. Tick any that are also you — each asks a few short questions, and you stay one person to us.

We use your answers only to plan the pilot and to reply to you. They are stored on our own database and never published; the counts we show per city contain no names. More in our privacy policy.
