Yüzyılın Konut Projesi is a nationwide Turkish social-housing programme planned to deliver 500,000 homes across 81 provinces. In Ankara, the reported allocation is 30,823 homes, with the distribution set out by district and project site. The scheme is organised by the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ), under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change. 13
The Ankara allocation includes 21,780 homes in a central project covering Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Mamak, Pursaklar and Sincan, plus 4,000 homes at Sincan-Temelli. The published district table also lists smaller allocations, including 750 in Beypazarı, 500 each in Çubuk and Elmadağ, 200 in Çamlıdere, and 150 each in Akyurt and Ayaş. 1 A later summary identifies 21 Ankara districts as locations for the programme. 5
Applications for the national scheme opened on 10 November 2025 and closed on 19 December 2025; the official application portal names TOKİ as the authority commissioning the homes. 23 The programme’s stated planning criteria include population density, rent increases and housing demand. 1 The article also describes planned eligibility and pricing arrangements, including 1+1 and 2+1 homes, a 10% deposit and repayment over 240 months; these are programme-wide terms rather than Ankara-specific figures. 1
The project’s Ankara component is therefore a set of distributed developments, rather than a single site, combining a large central allocation with smaller district schemes. 15
