wagnisSHARE is a cooperative housing project in the Sheridanpark district of Pfersee, Augsburg, and the ninth housing project developed by the Munich-based housing cooperative wagnis eG. It is the cooperative’s first project outside Munich. 14 In spring 2021, wagnis applied for a site in a City of Augsburg concept-based land allocation process; its proposal was selected for plot 12 on Siegfried-Aufhäuser-Straße. 1
The completed development comprises 46 apartments in three buildings, built using a sustainable construction approach; a 2026 report from wagnis describes them as solid-wood construction. 1 The homes combine privately financed and subsidised units, with the stated aim of supporting an inclusive, intergenerational neighbourhood. 1 Shared facilities include a guest apartment, workshop, communal rooms and roof gardens or terraces. The plan also includes a southern open space intended to connect the site with the surrounding neighbourhood. 1

wagnis eG, the project’s developer, was founded in Munich in 2000. Its housing projects are organised as cooperative communities, with residents involved in shaping and managing their living environment. 47
