Tersud is a redevelopment project in Toulouse’s Montaudran district, at 5 avenue Marcel Dassault, near the Montaudran interchange. It converts a former office building that had been vacant since 2018 into a mixed residential development of around 13,000 m² across six levels. 12
VINCI Immobilier is the project developer and launched construction in January 2026. Promologis and In’li Sud-Ouest, both subsidiaries of Action Logement Immobilier, are acquiring the homes. The project is scheduled for delivery in 2028. 12
The programme comprises 232 homes. In’li Sud-Ouest will provide 127 furnished studios and two-room apartments for young workers and employees on the move, as well as around ten three-room apartments. Promologis will provide the other 105 homes, comprising social and intermediate rental housing and homes for social-accession purchase. 12
The development also includes 700 m² of office space, 900 m² of shared areas and approximately 1,250 m² of outdoor space, including a landscaped rooftop. It is intended to serve a range of residents, including young workers, families and lower-income households. 2
The announcement of the construction launch was issued on 10 March 2026. The project repurposes an existing building rather than replacing it with a wholly new structure, as part of the redevelopment of this area of Toulouse. 16
