M-House is a residential project in Prague that converts a former office building into housing. It is located on Murmanská Street, near Kubánské náměstí, on the border of the Vršovice and Vinohrady districts. The site’s position in an established neighbourhood is one reason Cimex identified conversion as a practical alternative to new construction in an area where development opportunities are limited.5110
The project was developed by CIMEX Invest, part of the Cimex investment group, whose activities include hotel, office and residential property.410 In March 2025, Cimex said it expected to complete M-House by the end of that year. The project is now reported as completed and approved for occupancy.1710
M-House’s units are offered for sale, rather than as rental housing. The current project information lists apartment layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk, including smaller units and a penthouse; some apartments have private gardens. The sales listing also describes parking and storage facilities.27 The conversion forms part of Cimex’s wider response to Prague’s housing demand: Alexandra Němcová, the group’s Director of Asset Management, said that substantial reconstruction can make a change of use more appropriate for older office properties, given the city’s shortage of apartments.41
The available sources do not specify a founding date for M-House as a project. The reported completion date is 2025.110
