Corner Lofts is a redevelopment of the former tax office beside Hollands Spoor station in The Hague, the Netherlands. Developer CPD—Condor Project Development—has started construction on the conversion into a nine-storey residential complex, listed by CPD as 19,835 square metres. 12
The scheme includes 265 owner-occupied homes: 195 studios, 48 two-room apartments and 22 three-room apartments. It also includes 109 short-stay studios, described by CPD as long-stay hotel rooms. 12 Shared facilities are planned, including living and work areas, study rooms, a fitness room, laundry facilities, guest rooms and communal roof terraces. CPD also describes a lounge and bar, a shared kitchen and outdoor terrace among the amenities. 12
The project team includes architect Mulderblauw, contractor Van Zanten Bouw and manager Contrast Living. CPD reported that 87% of the homes had been sold when its article was published on 29 May 2026. 1 CPD’s project page lists Corner Lofts as in progress and identifies the company as Condor Project Development. 2
The former office building has stood near the station since 1978, when it began serving the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration; the agency left in 2008, after which the building was vacant. 6 The available sources do not state when CPD was founded or identify individual project leaders. 12
