winwinoffice is an architecture and urban-design collaborative office founded in Milan, Italy, in 2017 by architects Luigi Costamagna and Celia Cardona Cava. The partners are based in Perugia and Valencia respectively, while the office identifies Milan as its base. 24
The practice works across building and urban-design scales, with projects that include housing, refurbishment and public-space interventions. Its project activity has included Milan, Perugia and Valencia, and its competition work has reached other European cities. 28 The office’s approach includes assembling collaborators from different professional backgrounds to respond to the needs of individual projects. Its listed collaborators have included architects, an economist, an archaeologist, an interior designer and community organisations. 412
Among its competition results, winwinoffice received first prize in Europan 15 for the 47Nord15Ost proposal in Graz, Austria, and an honourable mention in a 2018 urban-regeneration ideas competition in Gubbio, Italy. 812 Its work has also included the Liberi Passi tactical-urbanism initiative in Milan, developed with an architecture studio, local associations and neighbourhood groups to improve safety around a school. 411 In September 2026, the office reported that its proposal, “DEMOT is Just a Pretext,” was a joint winner of the DEMOT Affordable Housing Plan counter-competition. 1
