Trigema a.s. is a Czech development company established in 1994 and headquartered in Prague. Initially focused on construction and smaller residential projects, Trigema has since evolved into a major player in Czech real estate development, with activities spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The company reported a turnover close to 0.8 billion CZK as early as 2008 and launched its own corporate bond programme in 2017, raising almost 450 million CZK during the first round.
Trigema has been recognized with numerous awards and steadily broadened its portfolio. Its projects are characterized by an integration of modern design, technology, and, notably in recent years, art. Noteworthy examples include the Fragment residential building in Prague’s Karlín district, a collaboration with artist David Černý and architects Qarta Studio, offering 140 apartments in a structure acclaimed for blending art with high standards in sustainability and smart living systems.
Another flagship is the Lihovar complex, transforming a historic distillery in Smíchov into a neighborhood with around 550 apartments and a significant cultural component, including an art gallery designed by Černý. Trigema is also preparing the TOP TOWER, projected to become the tallest building in the Czech Republic, with multifunctional use and a strong commitment to energy efficiency and urban revitalization.
