STOPROCENT Architekci is a Warsaw-based architectural studio established in 2012 by Przemek Kaczkowski and Magdalena Morelewska. The founders’ backgrounds include experience with renowned international and Polish architecture firms, and, since its inception, STOPROCENT Architekci has remained a small studio, emphasizing a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to both large public projects and smaller residential commissions.
The studio’s scope is varied, including residential buildings, interior design, office spaces, and public utility projects. Notable works include House K in Konin—a project stretching from 2012 to its completion in 2021, shaped by changing family needs and significant construction setbacks. The practice is also responsible for the “House without Stairs” in Wrocław, the interiors of Chopin Airport’s Executive Lounge, as well as adaptations such as the office buildings at the former Koneser vodka factory site in Warsaw. Among competition successes are a first prize for a mixed-use building at Al. Jana Pawła II 34 in Warsaw and prizes for designs in Wrocław, Siechnice, and Hel.
STOPROCENT Architekci has contributed to both new builds and adaptive reuse, often integrating natural light, user intimacy, and existing landscape features. As of 2025, it is recognized among Poland’s leading boutique firms, having completed at least ten documented projects and repeatedly acknowledged in industry rankings and awards. The studio’s portfolio reflects a direct and context-driven ethos while maintaining architectural clarity and restraint.
