Spravia Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, is one of Poland’s largest residential developers. The company was originally established in 1999 as Budimex Nieruchomości, a subsidiary of Budimex S.A., and underwent several rebrandings before adopting the Spravia name in 2021. The ownership shift followed its acquisition by Cornerstone Investment Management and Crestyl Group; in 2023, Crestyl became the sole owner.
Spravia focuses on the development and sale of residential housing aimed at both individual and institutional clients. Its operations span six major Polish cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Wrocław, with five regional offices. As of June 2024, the company has delivered 23,530 residential units and premises across 147 completed projects, amounting to over 1,200,000 square meters built. In 2022 alone, Spravia sold 966 residential and commercial units.
Recent projects in Warsaw include new stages of the Mińska 69 estate, with nearly 400 apartments being constructed for long-term rental as part of a broader transaction involving Heimstaden, one of Europe’s leading residential real estate companies. Other large-scale projects are being advanced in Kraków, Gdańsk, Poznań, and Wrocław.
Spravia employs over 165 people and maintains share capital of over PLN 657 million. The company is recognized as a member of the Polish Association of Developers and operates with an emphasis on reliability, ethics, and sustainable urban development.
