Rosengård Fastighets AB is a Malmö-based property company established in 2017. It is owned in equal shares by four property companies: Fastighets AB Balder, Heimstaden AB, MKB Fastighets AB and Victoriahem AB.23 The company’s registered seat is Malmö, Sweden, and its headquarters are listed on Kopparbergsgatan in Malmö.28
The company owns, manages and develops housing in Törnrosen and parts of Örtagården, neighbourhoods in Malmö’s Rosengård district.1 Its work combines day-to-day property management with development of existing homes and investment in the surrounding area. The company has described its aim as helping create a more integrated Malmö and a Rosengård that residents and the wider city can take pride in.
A central part of its development work is Culture Casbah, a project focused on the area between Rosengård station and Rosengård Centre. The project’s stated plans include new homes, meeting places, preschools, shops and other services, offices, and spaces for sport and culture, alongside improvements to public space.1 The company says it is testing ideas on a small scale and plans to begin construction in 2027; its project page also states that no existing residential buildings will be demolished.1 In 2022, early work included activating a former shop site on Bennets väg and upgrading the area’s amphitheatre as test projects.12
Petra Sörling was the company’s founding chief executive and led it from its formation in 2017.24 The company’s English-language “About us” page identifies her as CEO, while a 2026 search result reports that Jens Ringö became acting CEO in February 2026; the current leadership position should therefore be treated with care.11
