Major Development operates as the property development arm of Major Group, which was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Portugal. The company established itself in 2012 and has been active in the Portuguese real estate market for over a decade, focusing on high-end residential projects primarily in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
The developer's portfolio includes several completed projects such as Nouveau Lisboa, Garden Cascais, Vivere Jamor, Vistabella Oeiras, and Solo Oeiras. These developments are characterized by their emphasis on communal spaces and the introduction of what the company terms "gourmet balcony" concepts, reflecting a particular approach to residential living spaces.
Currently, Major Development is working on ToLive, a residential project located in central Cascais. This development comprises 30 residential units, including two penthouses, along with two commercial spaces. The project features amenities including a spa with massage facilities, Turkish bath and sauna, indoor pools, a jacuzzi, and a fitness center. The building includes a reception area, a rooftop pool and gourmet space, and dedicated areas for bicycles and pets. The architectural design was created by Sidney Quintela Architecture + Urban Planning.
