Interconstruction is a real estate developer and construction company operating in the Île-de-France region since 1960. The firm specializes in residential, commercial, office, and student housing projects, positioning itself as a promoteur-constructeur with expertise in urban development.
The company participated in the construction of the Grande Arche de la Défense in 1985, a significant landmark project. In 2003, Marc Villand and Gilles Imbert took over the business, and in 2020, Interconstruction joined the Eaglestone group. The company has delivered 15,000 housing units across 223 construction projects throughout its history.
Interconstruction distinguishes itself through an integration of art and culture into its developments. Since 2005, the company has incorporated artworks into its projects, displaying 250 pieces across its buildings. In 2018, it installed its first shared library, and by now has created 20 libraries and 25 bicycle storage facilities in its developments. Current projects include Le 57 République in Châtillon, offering apartments from two to five rooms starting at 359,000 euros, and L'Envol in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, with units starting at 169,000 euros under a reduced VAT rate. The company also develops projects under the Bail Réel Solidaire program, a state-backed affordable housing scheme where buyers own the dwelling but not the land.
