Completed family-oriented areas in Vogelkamp Neugraben and Fischbeker Heidbrook emphasize nature proximity and sustainable architecture. In Bergedorf's Oberbillwerder, a 118-hectare project became Hamburg's 105th district after its 2019 master plan adoption.
