Echo Investment S.A. is a Warsaw-based real estate development company that was established in 1996, following its transformation from a local newspaper publisher into a publicly traded developer. Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since its inception, Echo Investment has grown to become the largest Polish developer, specializing in residential, office, retail, and mixed-use projects.
The company's portfolio includes almost 200 completed projects across more than 30 Polish cities. Notable achievements comprise nearly 100 residential developments, 44 office buildings, 33 shopping centers, and 16 hotels. Major examples of its work are the Warsaw Brewery (Browary Warszawskie)—a revitalization of a neglected area in Warsaw’s Wola district—and the Q22 office skyscraper in central Warsaw. Echo has also delivered multifaceted projects like Fuzja in Łódź and Galeria Echo in Kielce, reflecting its focus on integrating residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Ownership of Echo Investment changed twice, and since 2019, it has been controlled by Lisala Sp. z o.o., which is owned by Hungarian Wing and Griffin Capital Partners. In recent years, Echo expanded its business model with platforms for flexible office space (CitySpace) and apartments for rent (Resi4Rent). Echo Investment continues to develop comprehensive urban projects, often combining open green areas with commercial and residential facilities, and currently holds over 65 projects in its pipeline, totaling about one million square meters of usable space.
