Cooperativa Risanamento is a housing cooperative based in Bologna, Italy. Founded on 23 March 1884 as the Società Anonima Cooperativa per la Costruzione ed il Risanamento di Case per gli Operai, it is now formally known as the Cooperativa per la Costruzione ed il Risanamento di Case per Lavoratori in Bologna. Its first president was Count Francesco Massei. 211
