The Leuven CLT officially launched its activities in the 2020s after similar models saw success in Brussels. The first public call for families who wish to own a home through the CLT model was held in early 2023. As of 2025, concrete figures remain limited since projects are in early phases; the first Leuven CLT homes are expected to be delivered within the next couple of years.
