The planned New Žižkov Center, with a design by renowned architect Eva Jiřičná, is one of the most prominent future projects.
Central Group regularly collaborates with leading Czech and international architects, often organizing major architectural competitions for its large projects. Beyond construction, the company is a substantial charitable contributor and sponsor of architectural, educational, and medical initiatives in Prague, directing tens of millions of Czech crowns annually towards public infrastructure, cultural heritage projects, and medical research.
