Asbud Group is a Warsaw-based real estate developer founded in 1996, recognized for its persistent focus on residential and office projects in the Polish capital and its surroundings. Over nearly three decades, Asbud has completed more than 4,500 residential units and developed around 20,000 square meters of commercial space, establishing itself as a significant player in Warsaw’s urban transformation.
The company’s CEO, Raied Tanous, leads Asbud as part of two international real estate groups: Shikun & Binui and Tanous Group. One of its most prominent investments is the Towarowa Towers complex — two 29-storey skyscrapers with a total of 577 apartments near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout, completed in late 2024. These buildings exemplify Asbud’s approach of integrating large-scale residential development with retail and communal amenities. Other portfolio highlights include projects such as Grzybowska 85, Metropoint, Flora, and Młody Żoliborz. Asbud has also acquired over 13 hectares in Warsaw’s Praga Północ for a major mixed-use development, indicating long-term commitment to city-shaping projects.
