AFI Europe Czech Republic is a real estate development and investment company headquartered in Prague. It operates as a subsidiary of AFI Properties Ltd, an Israeli real estate group founded in 1971 and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 2004. AFI Europe started its Czech activities in 1997, with early projects including Flora Palace and AFI Palác Pardubice, and has since expanded its portfolio to shopping centers, office complexes, residential developments, and logistics parks.
The company’s notable assets include shopping centers such as Palác Flora, residential complexes Korunní Dvůr, Tulipa Rokytka, Tulipa Modřanská rokle, Tulipa City, and the logistics park D8 European Park. In the office sector, it has completed projects like Classic 7 Business Park, AFI Karlín, AFI Vokovice, and AFI City 1. Recently, AFI Europe acquired Avenir Business Park and launched coworking centers in Prague.
Residential rental is a growing focus, with the AFI Home brand. Nearly 900 rental apartments are completed in Prague (Karlín, Třebešín, Kolbenova), and over 1,100 additional units are in development. A partnership with Czech developer FINEP targets over 800 more rental apartments for delivery within three years.
AFI Europe Czech Republic manages around 170,000 square meters of property, including 123,000 square meters of office and 64,000 square meters of residential space. Its activities continuously shape Prague’s urban landscape through large-scale developments and long-term asset management.
