Yareal has evolved from a pure developer to include asset management and long-term leasing services, managing about 80,000 square meters of office space valued at more than €350 million. The firm employs over 50 professionals and prioritizes ecological construction, earning BREEAM certificates for several developments. Yareal’s approach includes the redevelopment of existing sites and joint ventures. Recent milestones include the completion and leasing of LIXA D and E phases, which won a 2024 Prime Property Prize, and the release of its first ESG review to detail its environmental and social commitments.
