Wooninc. is a housing association based in Eindhoven, serving the Eindhoven metropolitan region. Its registered address and main office are at Winston Churchilllaan 87 in Eindhoven. The organisation describes its work as providing good housing and supporting an inclusive society in the region.45
Wooninc. develops, manages and rents homes, with a core focus on affordable social housing.
