TOWN is a UK housing developer focused on sustainable homes, cohousing, regeneration and neighbourhood development. Its first completed scheme was Marmalade Lane in Cambridge, a cohousing development recognised for its community-led approach and environmental and social qualities. TOWN has also been appointed by Homes England to deliver a new cohousing community at Northstowe in Cambridgeshire. 14 The Northstowe project is being developed through a codesign process involving future residents and includes 40% affordable housing. 8
