Members have a voice in fundamental decisions through a representative assembly, and the cooperative’s stated principles include one vote per member regardless of shareholding.1
Its work includes managing and improving existing homes as well as pursuing new construction and updated apartment layouts. The organisation identifies demographic change, climate change and changing housing needs as factors shaping its future planning.1 The executive board includes Heiko Richter and Frank Winkler.6 Its registered address is Dresdner Straße 80, 09130 Chemnitz.6
