Ronson Development SE is a Warsaw-based residential real estate development company with a two-decade history in Poland. Though originally established in the Netherlands in 2007, the company moved its legal headquarters to Warsaw in 2018, reflecting its exclusive focus on the Polish market. Today, it is fully owned by Amos Luzon Development and Energy Group.
Ronson has delivered over 10,000 apartments in Poland and completed more than 32 development projects across major cities, including Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, and Szczecin. The company’s employee count is over 60. In 2023, its sales in Poland reached nearly 395 million PLN, with Warsaw accounting for the majority of transactions.
Ronson’s core activity is the development and sale of residential units, but it has recently expanded into institutional rental (the PRS, or Private Rented Sector). By the end of 2025, the company aims to have a land bank for 5,000 rental apartments, chiefly in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań. This strategy responds to changing demographics and economic factors, notably rising property prices and growing rental demand. The first apartments for PRS in the Ursus Centralny project in Warsaw are set for commissioning, highlighting a tangible step into this new segment.
Ronson controls the entire development process, from design through to rental management, and targets a diverse clientele, including professionals, students, and families, with an emphasis on quality and adaptability.
