Evara, headquartered in Dublin, is Ireland’s largest privately owned residential developer, having recently rebranded from Quintain Ireland in 2025 after a strategic partnership with TPG Real Estate. The company was founded in September 2019 and builds mixed-use developments at scale, focusing largely on affordable and high-quality homes for a range of household needs. Since its inception, Evara has delivered over 3,200 homes, 195,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 80 acres of parks, six schools, and two sports facilities, primarily in Greater Dublin areas including Adamstown, Portmarnock, and Cherrywood.
Evara maintains a development land bank suitable for more than 7,000 further homes and aims for an annual output of 1,500 new homes. Current large projects include Adamstown, with more than 1,500 homes under construction and another 1,300 in planning or master-planning. The company recently completed significant phases here, such as the Adamstown Town Centre with 463 apartments, a public plaza, and extensive retail facilities. Another ongoing project is Saint Marnock’s Bay in Portmarnock, where 172 homes are being built and additional phases are planned.
Evara’s approach integrates sustainability through environmentally conscious design and NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, along with connected green spaces. Its executive team brings experience from similar major projects in both Ireland and the UK. The company collaborates with local authorities, contractors, and the Land Development Agency to address Ireland’s growing housing needs, and manages all aspects from master planning to sales.
