Dom Development S.A. is a Warsaw-based residential property developer with a continuous presence on the Polish market since 1996. The company began with just ten employees and delivered its first project, Akacje 1, in the Białołęka district of Warsaw in 1999. Since then, Dom Development has handed over more than 39,000 apartments, serving about 118,000 clients.
The organisation is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and has expanded its operations to major Polish cities including Wrocław, Gdansk (Tricity), and Kraków. Notable Warsaw projects include Marina Mokotów, featuring a private park, Osiedle Wilno with its own railway station, and Żoliborz Artystyczny, an architecture-focused development integrating public art.
Beyond standard apartment buildings, the group has recently launched serviced apartments on Gdansk’s former shipyard site and maintains general contractor companies to ensure quality and timely delivery. Dom Development S.A. is recognised for maintaining a stable dividend history and holds a leading position on Warsaw’s primary housing market.
