Cordia Polska is a Warsaw-based residential property developer operating as part of the Hungarian Futureal Group, one of Central Europe’s largest real estate companies. Cordia initiated its activities in Poland in 2011, expanding from its core markets in Hungary, and now maintains a presence in several Polish cities, including Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk, and Sopot.
As of the end of Q1 2021, Cordia Polska had sold more than 1,700 apartments with over 5,000 units in the development pipeline and approximately 69,000 square meters of residential space completed in Poland. The company’s typical projects comprise 150–250 apartments, prioritizing access to public transport and quality construction. Investment in Polish operations had reached 648 million PLN by 2021.
Cordia Polska’s scope includes both new-build and urban regeneration projects. A notable example is the revitalization of the former Modena garment factory in Poznań, where preservation of historical elements and integration of sustainable features such as solar panels and green roofs are central. In Warsaw, a significant future development is planned in Wilanów, targeting a 100,000 square meter housing complex with approximately 2,000 apartments.
The company accelerated its expansion in Poland by acquiring a controlling stake in Polnord, one of the nation’s recognized residential developers. Cordia Polska forms part of a wider international structure that has completed over 7,400 apartments across several European markets, with 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Its model emphasizes project-specific financing and careful risk management.
