Palmatin OÜ is a family-owned Estonian company specializing in the design, manufacture, and export of log and prefabricated wooden houses. Employing around 27 people in recent years, Palmatin’s workforce handles the full process, from engineering and CAD design through to manufacturing and logistics. The company produces a broad range of dwellings: solid and glued laminated (Glulam) log houses, post-and-beam structures, timber frame homes, and prefab houses. Northern pine and spruce, certified to FSC and ISO 9001 standards, are used in production, and the company holds a CE certificate for its products.
Palmatin’s annual turnover was €3.9 million in 2023, down from €5.6 million in 2022, reflecting a wider market contraction. Its projects range in scale and geography, including custom residential houses and public buildings. Products are available in multiple energy classes and with various wall and roof systems.
