Notable recent projects include modular student housing added atop existing buildings in Lund and a hotel atop a parking garage in Umeå. The company also undertakes projects for public and private clients nationwide, with ongoing work for organizations like LKAB and Rikshem, and owns developments such as Tallen in Piteå and Dagsmejan in Sollentuna.
