The Amsterdamse Federatie van Woningcorporaties (AFWC) is an umbrella association representing the interests of housing corporations in Amsterdam and the surrounding region. The federation’s work includes implementing new allocation systems to reduce average wait times for social housing, which dropped to under ten years.
