The ULI Europe Conference 2026 is a three-day flagship real estate and land use event organised by the Urban Land Institute (ULI), through ULI Europe and its Europe Conference Organising Committee. Bringing together more than 800 senior leaders and decision-makers from over 30 countries, it serves as a high-level forum to explore the future of cities, real estate investment, and sustainable urban development.
From 1–3 June 2026, participants will convene for keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions focused on market trends, capital flows, innovation, ESG, housing, and the evolving built environment. Attendees typically include developers, investors, owners, lenders, public officials, planners, architects, consultants, lawyers, engineers, and other land use professionals, offering extensive cross-border networking and deal-making opportunities.
The conference is designed to share best practices, showcase exemplary projects, and connect ULI members and partners with new ideas, research, and collaborations that can shape more resilient, inclusive, and low‑carbon cities across Europe.
