Urban Future Festival #UF25 will take place in Łódź, Poland, from May 21 to 23, 2025, at Vienna House Andel’s, a historic former textile factory. Organized by Urban Future, this event is one of Europe’s largest gatherings for professionals and advocates dedicated to making cities more sustainable.
Bringing together over 2,000 attendees—including urbanists, city leaders, architects, and change-makers—UF25 will feature 250 speakers, 50 sessions, 30 field trips, and 20 side events. The festival’s programming is built around four central tracks: Urban Regeneration, Sustainable Business, Retrofitting Buildings, and Driving Change. These tracks aim to equip participants with actionable knowledge on revitalizing cities, fostering sustainable economies, transforming existing buildings with climate in mind, and supporting leadership for urban transformation.
The first two days focus on sessions, panels, and workshops covering topics from urban innovation to network-driven change. The third day is dedicated to field trips exploring Łódź’s impressive transformation from a textile hub to a contemporary, sustainable city, with visits to its historic streets, creative spaces, and green urban projects.
UF25 also fosters extensive networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange, attracting both established and emerging changemakers. The event language is English and is open to anyone interested in shaping the future of cities, with special programs for young leaders promoting the next generation of urban innovators.
