Wohnprojekt Wien is an innovative co-housing project located in Vienna, Austria. Completed in 2013, it consists of 39 apartment units housing approximately 67 adults and 25 children. The project is situated in the newly developed Nordbahnhofgelände area, adjacent to a park in Vienna's 2nd district.

At its core, Wohnprojekt Wien embodies sustainable urban living and community-focused design. The building features a range of shared facilities, including guest apartments, a sauna, communal kitchen, workshops, and event rooms. These spaces promote social interaction and collaborative living among residents.

The project's development involved a participatory planning process, allowing future residents to contribute to the design of both communal areas and individual apartments. This approach resulted in diverse living spaces ranging from 35 to 150 square meters, catering to various lifestyles and family sizes.

Sustainability is a key focus of Wohnprojekt Wien. The building incorporates energy-efficient features such as a wood facade, mechanical ventilation system, and photovoltaic installation on the rooftop. The project also promotes alternative modes of transportation, including car and bike sharing.
