WagnisART is an innovative housing project located in Munich, Germany, completed in 2015. Developed by the Wohnbaugenossenschaft wagnis eG cooperative, it consists of five interconnected buildings offering 138 apartments, including both subsidized and market-rate units.

The project stands out for its participatory planning process, involving future residents in the design phase. This collaborative approach resulted in a community-oriented living space that balances private and shared areas. The complex features various communal facilities such as music rooms, event spaces, studios, workshops, a sauna, and a laundry café, fostering social interaction and a sense of belonging among residents.

WagnisART's architectural design is notable for its polygonal buildings connected by bridges on upper floors, creating a unique roof garden landscape for residents. The project also incorporates sustainable features, with the buildings certified as passive houses and equipped with photovoltaic systems and a tenant electricity concept.

The development has received several accolades, including the "Deutsche Städtebaupreis 2016" and the ULI Germany Award for Excellence in 2017. These awards recognize WagnisART's success in creating a socially and environmentally sustainable living environment.
