O'Devaney Gardens is a major housing redevelopment project located in Dublin 7, Ireland. Originally constructed in 1954 as a public housing complex, it has undergone significant transformation in recent years.

The current project, which commenced in February 2023, aims to deliver 1,044 high-quality, A-rated homes. These will include a mix of social, affordable, cost rental, and private housing units. Phase 1 of the development will deliver 379 homes, along with a park, crèche, and retail units. The overall project will include apartments in blocks up to 14 storeys high, marking a significant change from the original low-rise complex.
