The Hunziker Areal, located in Zurich-Leutschenbach, Switzerland, is a pioneering urban development project by the cooperative "Mehr als Wohnen" (More Than Living). Completed in 2015, this 41,000 square meter site transformed a former concrete factory into a vibrant, sustainable community.
