Redo SGR is a real estate fund management company based near Milan, Italy, established in 2019 with a core mission to develop and manage projects focused on affordable housing and urban regeneration. Since its founding, Redo SGR has designed, constructed, and now manages more than 55 assets with a portfolio value of approximately 2 billion euros. One of Redo SGR’s notable ongoing projects is ARIA, which is redeveloping the former slaughterhouse (Ex Macello) site in Milan. This 15-hectare project will provide homes for 1,200 families and education facilities, while targeting LEED Gold certification for sustainability. Another major endeavor is the MilanoSesto regeneration, a collaboration that gave Redo and its partner COIMA control over the majority of a 1 million square meter former industrial area, making it Italy’s largest urban regeneration project.
