Among their notable projects is the redevelopment of the historic former American Club in Bonn's Bad Godesberg district. The project, called the Open Embassy for Democracy, aims to establish an open and protected space for democratic discourse, inclusion, and public participation. The foundations have committed between 8 and 10 million euros for the building's acquisition and renovation and support initiatives that encourage civil society to take over long-term responsibility for the site after its restoration.
