Expo Real 2024 took place from October 7 to 9, 2024, at the exhibition center in Munich. The event featured over 40,000 participants from 75 countries and regions, and 1,778 exhibitors from 34 countries.

The trade fair covered various real estate segments, including office, retail, hotel, logistics, and residential, as well as the entire life cycle of buildings from project development and investment to finance, marketing, and operation. The conference program provided in-depth discussions on current trends, challenges, and innovations in the industry.

Key topics included digitalization, sustainability, and construction in existing buildings. The new "Transform & Beyond" area and the Sustainable Construction Hub were particularly well-received, offering platforms for important topics and showcasing practical solutions. Despite challenging economic conditions, the event demonstrated a slight sense of confidence in the industry, with participants emphasizing the need for new approaches and cooperation to overcome current challenges. The next Expo Real will be held from October 6 to 8, 2025.
