The Housing Matters event, co-hosted by MIPIM and Co-Liv, is a half-day summit focused on sustainable housing solutions. It will take place on March 11, 2024, at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The event aims to address the rising housing demands and housing inequality by exploring innovative solutions such as built-to-rent, co-living, multi-family housing, and corporate housing.
Key decision-makers from over 90 countries will gather to exchange tangible and replicable innovations and perspectives capable of driving significant change. The program includes a roundtable discussion on the current housing landscape, a global tour of affordable and accessible housing solutions, engaging pitches from entrepreneurs and innovators, and a speed pitching session.
The event is part of the MIPIM 2024 conference and is included in the standard MIPIM ticket. A separate ticket is available for non-MIPIM delegates. The summit will conclude with a networking event, providing opportunities for attendees to connect and collaborate on shaping the future of living. The goal is to pave the way for a more equitable and sustainable future for urban living, addressing the challenges of housing shortages, interest rate hikes, and decarbonation challenges.
